Who I Am

Hey, I’m Shelbi. I’m the kind of person who notices the little things. how people connect, how a message lands, or how a project can actually make someone’s day a little easier. I like being behind the scenes, organizing, planning, and figuring out how to make things work smoothly, but I also love the creative side like telling a story, designing something people can engage with, or helping a group bring an idea to life.

I’ve worked on projects that matter to me and the people around me, and where I helped plan campaigns. Which is all about collaboration and community voices. Those experiences taught me that meaningful work isn’t just about results; it’s about the people, the process, and the care you put into it.

Outside of work, I’m usually trying to find good a perfect iced chai, traveling the countrywith friends, or just thinking about my next project. I care about connecting with people, making spaces better, and leaving things a little bit better than I found them.
